Privacy policy
Plain and simple: we use your information to help with your project, and nothing else.
Who we are
Southern Lake Builders is a licensed Georgia general contractor serving Lake Oconee, Lake Sinclair, and the surrounding counties. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Southern Lake Builders. If you have a question about your information, call or text (478) 299-1121 or email neal@southernlakebuilders.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us through our contact form or our instant estimate:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your property address or area, if you share it
- Details about your project, like its size, features, timeline, and budget
- Any message you write to us
We don't take payments on this website, and we don't ask for sensitive information like Social Security or bank account numbers.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your questions, prepare estimates and proposals, and follow up with you about your project by phone, text, or email. That's it.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that help us run this website and deliver your messages to us, or when the law requires it. Our forms are delivered to our email by FormSubmit, a form delivery service, which may keep a copy for a limited time. Our website host keeps standard server logs, like the pages visited and the type of browser used.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website. The instant estimate saves your answers in your own browser so you don't lose your progress. You can clear them anytime by clearing your browser data. If this ever changes, we'll update this page first.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete the information you gave us, at any time. Just call, text, or email us and we'll take care of it. We keep your information only as long as we need it to help with your project and keep normal business records.
Children
This website is meant for adults planning a home project. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
